For four decades, under the direction of Colin Matthews, the venue has built a remarkable legacy of producing bold, brilliant and much-loved variety shows. As Colin’s milestone 40th year draws to a close, A Christmas Celebration continues that proud tradition, blending cherished favourites with exciting new moments in a heartwarming production designed to capture the true spirit of Christmas.
You’ll enjoy an uplifting blend of festive favourites, iconic hits from stage and screen, timeless chart classics and much-loved musical theatre numbers, all seamlessly woven together with stunning dance routines, side-splitting comedy and breathtaking magic.
To entertain you at this most magical time of the year is a stellar cast of audience favourites. Headlining is Phil Lowen, who continues to delight with his trademark comedy impressions, larger-than-life Pavarotti and one of the finest tributes to Sir Tom Jones you’re ever likely to see. He is joined by comedy magician Peter Baffles, with his quick wit and more tricks up his sleeve to amuse and amaze you.

Completing this outstanding line up are the boundlessly talented actress and vocalist Claire Waring alongside the effervescent Lucy Samuels.
